Refund Policy for Coaching Services
14 day cooling off period
In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

You will only be able to access content relating to any Coaching Program Service Package, which you have registered and paid for.

All registrations to a Coaching Program Service Package, or for a Free Consultation towards one of our Packages must be made via our Website.
Purchase Price
All prices displayed on our Website are in Euro currency ( € ).
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed in connection with any Service Packages, from time to time, and without notice to you.
Payment
You may pay for a Service Package via any payment method stated as being accepted on our Website, or via any other payment method that we agree to accept.
Once we have received your full payment for a Service Package in cleared funds, we will confirm your registration and provide you with relevant updates leading up to the service that you have purchased.
Non-payment
Your non-payment of any amount required to be paid to ffmarketing.pro, to access a service, will result in your access to it being suspended or terminated.
Intellectual Property
All material contained in, or connected with, the Coaching Program Service Packages owned or under licence by Fernando Filipe / ffmarketing.pro and protected by French and International laws.
Your participation in a Service Package does not grant you a licence or act as a right of use of any of the materials, or trade marks or logos, whether registered or unregistered, contained in, or connected with, a Service Package without the express written permission of ffmarketing.pro.
ffmarketing.pro owns the copyright, which subsists in all creative and literary works that are contained in, or connected with, a Service Package. Subject to certain works being under licence. You must not:
reproduce or use any of the material contained in, or connected with, a Service Package; or
in any way modify the material contained in, or connected with, a Service Package.
In summary, you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute any material or trade mark connected with a Service Package in any way except as expressly provided for by contained in, or connected with, a Service Package.
Enforcement of our intellectual property rights
